Service Electrician - Commercial 

** We can live in Dallas/Ft. Worth with estimated travel at 20% outside of DFW.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Main responsibilities will be to work with customers troubleshooting and completing commercial electrical service. 
  • Communicates needs to KEI Project Manager to ensure all required materials, tools, safety apparatus, and information packages are in place ahead of scheduled installations.
  • Conducts jobsite safety meetings and ensures compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies/guidelines.
  • Compiles and submits project reporting documents, including daily logs, safety initiatives, timesheets and testing logs.
  • Ensures compliance with all company guidelines, policies, and quality standards
  • Completion of projects on schedule and within the prescribed manhours.

Minimum Requirements:
  • At least five (5) years' experience in the electrical industry, commercial. 
  • Must have experience in a service role troubleshooting and solving issues.  
  • Strong working knowledge of applicable building codes
  • Possess strong communication, customer-facing and interpersonal skills
  • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Preference for candidates with an active Texas State Electrical Journeyman license or higher. 

Travel:
  • This role will travel on average 20% and at times on short-notice. 
Compensation:
  • Pay will range from $30.00 - $36.00 per hour.
    • Depending on experience and state electrical license
  • This includes overtime pay, discretionary bonus, paid hotel, per diem.
  • Two weeks’ vacation earned on an accrual basis.
  • You will be provided a company van along with a fuel card.
