Recruitment Marketing Analyst –  Intern

As a key player, you will not only assist but also lead efforts to create an exceptional recruitment and onboarding journey for new and current employees. You will leverage social media, online platforms, and other resources to attract top talent, streamline the hiring process, and introduce innovative ideas.

Plus, you will track and analyze key metrics (think Excel, Visio, MS SharePoint) to ensure our success. Be a driving force in making Knight Electric a positive experience and leader.

Location:
  • 800 Topeka, Justin, TX 76247 (20 hours per week, times are TBD)
  • Hybrid role, in office per school schedule
Role Type:
  • Internship (avg. 20 hours a week)
Compensation:
  • $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Utilize online resources and social media to find and attract candidates that meet our requirements.
  • Contribute to content strategy for messaging and recruitment advertisements.
  • Own the end-end process for updating candidate status, dashboard and ensuring key metrics are real-time. You will learn recruitment CRM.
  • Create messaging resources to enable 100% communication between internal stakeholders and our candidates.
  • Research new processes and or tools to enable the process to be better.

Position Requirements:
 
  • Must be actively pursuing a college degree and graduating in 2025 or 2026
  • Be able to be in-office (Justin, TX) at times.
  • Preference to students pursuing a marketing, social media, or related degree path.
  • Familiarity or excitement working with data and reporting.
  • Academic or other experience in Social Media platforms (LinkedIn, etc).
  • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong initiative and a can-do attitude are a must.
