Location:
- 800 Topeka, Justin, TX 76247 (20 hours per week, times are TBD)
- Hybrid role, in office per school schedule
- Internship (avg. 20 hours a week)
- $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
- Utilize online resources and social media to find and attract candidates that meet our requirements.
- Contribute to content strategy for messaging and recruitment advertisements.
- Own the end-end process for updating candidate status, dashboard and ensuring key metrics are real-time. You will learn recruitment CRM.
- Create messaging resources to enable 100% communication between internal stakeholders and our candidates.
- Research new processes and or tools to enable the process to be better.
Position Requirements:
- Must be actively pursuing a college degree and graduating in 2025 or 2026
- Be able to be in-office (Justin, TX) at times.
- Preference to students pursuing a marketing, social media, or related degree path.
- Familiarity or excitement working with data and reporting.
- Academic or other experience in Social Media platforms (LinkedIn, etc).
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong initiative and a can-do attitude are a must.
